Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sellay Solutions LLC, doing business as ChillAV ("ChillAV," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing chillav.com or using ChillAV, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ChillAV provides generative audiovisual scenes, licensed music playlists, saved ChillSpaces, and related relaxation and focus features. ChillAV is for entertainment and general wellness purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, or professional advice and is not a substitute for treatment from a qualified professional.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to the email account used for passwordless sign-in and for activity under your ChillAV session. Provide accurate information and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may permanently delete your account through Account settings.

Premium membership

ChillAV Premium costs $2.99 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at Checkout. The membership unlocks premium ChillAV content and automatically renews each month until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices or included features may change prospectively; we will provide notice before a change applies to an existing subscription when required.

Cancellation, deletion, and refunds

You may cancel through the Stripe-hosted subscription portal. A normal cancellation stops renewal and leaves premium access active through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Payments are nonrefundable. We do not provide prorated credits or refunds for unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Permanently deleting your ChillAV account is immediate: it removes saved account data, ends premium access and renewal, and does not create a refund for the remaining billing period.

Content and intellectual property

ChillAV and its visual designs, software, branding, and curated experience are owned by or licensed to Sellay Solutions LLC. Music remains owned by its respective artists and licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access ChillAV for personal use. You may not extract, download, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, synchronize, or separately exploit ChillAV music or visual assets.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse ChillAV, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive requests, copy protected assets, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect ChillAV, its users, licensors, or providers.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, replace, or modify scenes, playlists, tools, and other features. Licensed music may become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChillAV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellay Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as ChillAV evolves. The updated date will appear above, and continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may stop using ChillAV at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
