Who operates ChillAV
ChillAV is operated by Sellay Solutions LLC, doing business as ChillAV ("ChillAV," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information when you visit chillav.com, create an account, save a ChillSpace, or purchase a premium membership.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and account creation and verification status.
- Saved content: the names, playlists, and visual rotations you choose to save as ChillSpaces.
- Support correspondence: messages, contact details, and attachments you send to a ChillAV support address.
- Billing information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, membership status, price, renewal status, and billing-period dates. ChillAV does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
- Security and delivery records: session records, one-time login challenge data, and limited email-delivery status used to operate passwordless sign-in and prevent abuse.
- Anonymous analytics: page paths, referrers, browser, operating system, device type, approximate country, screen size, visible engagement time, and interactions such as player controls, playlist or scene selections, and builder actions through Umami. We do not send account email addresses or ChillSpace names to Umami. Umami uses network and device information to create an anonymous session identifier without analytics cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, save and restore ChillSpaces, deliver and manage premium access, process billing events, respond to support requests, secure and troubleshoot the service, understand aggregate usage, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with vendors that help operate ChillAV, including Render for application hosting, Stripe for subscription billing, Resend for transactional email, Umami for privacy-focused analytics, Sentry for error monitoring and uptime alerts, and our database and infrastructure providers. Sentry receives technical error details such as the affected page, browser, operating system, and error stack. ChillAV removes account identities, cookies, request headers and bodies, URL query strings, and interaction breadcrumbs before sending error reports. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and account deletion
We keep account information and saved ChillSpaces while your account remains open. Expired login challenges and orphaned email-delivery records are removed on a short retention schedule, normally within 48 hours. Billing providers may retain transaction records when required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law.
You can permanently delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes your ChillAV account, saved ChillSpaces, active sessions, local billing mappings, and associated login and delivery records from the active application database. It also ends any premium renewal. Limited records may remain with payment processors or in temporary infrastructure backups where retention is legally or operationally required.
Your choices
You may access the account information shown in ChillAV, update billing details through Stripe's portal, cancel your subscription, or permanently delete your account. You may also ask us about access, correction, or deletion by emailing the address below. ChillAV honors the browser Do Not Track setting for Umami analytics.
Children's privacy
ChillAV is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to ChillAV.
Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as ChillAV evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
